		<description><![CDATA[Agreed Linda!  Further to your point, the McKinsey analysis seems to also hinge on being able to conveniently build datacenters in 1 Megawatt / $20,000,000 chunks.  Look for the “$20M/MW for facility” in fine print at the bottom of pages 22 and 23.  Is this really the choice facing the enterprise?  Do they just snap their fingers every time they need to have another $20,000,000 datacenter at their disposal?  And then they snap their fingers again when they don’t want it on the balance sheet anymore.  McKinsey must be popular with folks trying to fight cloud computing in order to save their….]]></description>

Overall the report brings up good points regarding a common definition, but the metrics seem overly simplistic and slanted against using the Cloud in Enterprise. They seem to be afraid of the Hype which is hard to argue against as there seems to be plenty at the moment.
